About Sounds of Devotion
Welcome! Sounds of Devotion is four musicians who came together to bring joy and inspiration to the world. We perform original pieces of music in the new age, world, folk and alternative music genres. Each song is set to the words of ancient mystic poets, featuring vocal harmonies that are richly accompanied by guitar, flute, percussion, autoharp and traditional instruments.
The music that Sounds of Devotion creates, while spiritual in nature, does not promote any religion or spiritual doctrine. We celebrate love and kindness for all creation. Mystics throughout millennia have shared poems and songs about unity within diversity, the source of which is universal unconditional love. Certainly there is an abundance of diversity in the world. For Sounds of Devotion, it is our musical goal to express this unity, and to serve through this music in every way we can.
